GRINDING COOLANT

Applications using all tool and profile grinding equipment. To complement the synergises between the higher grade cutting steels being manufactured and the higher quality grinding wheel compounds, Accurate Timber Products has a Grinding Coolant to ensure all elements perform at their optimum.

• Excellent cooling characteristics ensuring Knife Steel will not overheat
• Very good lubricating effect on grinding wheels. Reduces likelihood of wheel clogging
• High heat dispensation
• Safe for operators to use
• Keeps grinders from forming rust
• Use in conjunction with Grinder Cleaner to remove all traces of bacteria from lines, pumps and holding tank
• Recommended to be cleaned same time as coolant changed
• Summer months recommended to change coolant on a monthly basis (dependant on amount of grinders)
• Winter months recommended every 2 months (subject to grinding volume)

GRINDER CLEANER

To remove all traces of bacteria, fungus and water born particles from your grinder. Grinder Cleaner should be repeated monthly in the warmer months and 3 monthly during the cooler months. See below for instructions on cleaning and preparing a new solution.

How to Clean & Prepare New Solution

1. Drain old mixture from reservoir
2. Clean out any material and refill with water
3. Add 500mls of Grinder Cleaner to 50 Litres of water
4. Allow pump to re-circulate solution for min 3 hours up to a max 24 hours
5. Drain mixture again from reservoir and remove any material
6. Add 2 Litres of Grinding Coolant to 50 Litres of water
7. Periodically check water level throughout the month
8. Clean out filter paper each day
