Hydro Sleeve
Hydro-Sleeves are used in conjunction with various types of tooling to allow for several tools to be mounted as a unit, convert straight bore tooling into hydro, and improve tool run-out by more accurately cantering onto a spindle.
The hydraulic sleeves are designed for a light press fit against the tool. This means that the unit must be fastened together by screws.
When pressurized, the sleeves expands only against the spindle.
